Vegan Hikers Club is heading back to Eryri (Snowdonia National Park in North Wales) but this time to south Snowdonia to climb Cadair Idris, one of Wales’ three peaks and one of my personal favourites! Set in a beautiful woodland ravine by a magical river, the stone-built country house is perfectly placed to reconnect with nature (and play lots of outdoor games in the large garden!). As well as summiting this impressive peak, we’ll get to enjoy a gorgeous lake walk, yummy plant-based food, wild swims, an outdoor cinema, and a fancy dress Saturday night party!
